Welcome to our cozy vacation rental! We're excited to host you and want to ensure you have all the information you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please note that check-in is at 2:00 PM on Saturdays, and check-out is at 10:00 AM the following Saturday. For your peace of mind, we require a $1000 security deposit, which will be fully refunded 14 days after your stay, provided there are no damages. if there is additional damages from you or your guest you will be liable.

 

50% of the weekly rate is required to book the week and the other 50% is due 30 days prior to the start of the lease.

While we don't supply linens and towels, there are convenient services that we can schedule for you. Although we don't provide beach tags, we do have 8 beach chairs available for your use. If you're looking to explore the area, there's a great bike rental shop nearby, as well as a place where you can rent golf carts for added convenience.
